Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this 16th-century farmhouse—once part of the historic Castello di San Gimignanello—has preserved its rural soul intact. Abandoned in the 1950s, it was lovingly restored in 1974 by its current owners, who carefully preserved its history while introducing modern comforts without compromising its original character. The architecture and interiors retain their authentic charm, enhanced by period rustic furnishings that make every stay a unique journey through history and timeless elegance.

On the panoramic entrance loggia, historic swallow nests can be found. Every year, these graceful birds return, bringing life and movement to the estate throughout the warmer months. Their presence is a charming reminder of the area's rural heritage and enduring traditions.

⥼ ENTRANCE & MAIN LIVING AREA ⥽

From the ground floor, a comfortable staircase leads to the heart of the farmhouse.

Also on the ground floor, to the left, there is a convenient guest bathroom, particularly useful for those using the kitchen or outdoor courtyards without needing to access the upper floor.

Before reaching the main entrance, guests are welcomed by a charming outdoor courtyard furnished with a sofa and coffee table, inviting moments of relaxation while enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

Ascending the staircase, you pass through a beautiful panoramic loggia offering enchanting views across the Tuscan countryside.

The main entrance opens into a bright living room centered around a magnificent antique fireplace. To the left is Bedroom 1, featuring a French double bed, antique wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Continuing along the corridor, you will find:

• Master Bedroom 2 – Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and private en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower
• Double Bedroom 3 – Spacious and bright, featuring a bookcase, desk, and chair
• Single Bedroom 4 – "The Playroom" – Perfect for children, with a single bed and dedicated games and toys

All bedrooms enjoy beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding hills.

On this floor, three bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub/shower, while the master bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom, also equipped with a bathtub/shower.

The interiors offer comfort, privacy, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

A staircase from the upper floor leads down to a spacious multifunctional living area, ideal for social gatherings and relaxation.
