✮ **Podere Casanova**, one of the most iconic farmhouses in Tuscany, is a beautiful residence surrounded by greenery, overlooking the unique landscape of the Crete Senesi. An authentic and relaxing place where you can enjoy a special experience blending nature, comfort, and tradition.

Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this 16th-century farmhouse — once part of the Castello di San Gimignanello — has preserved its rural soul. Abandoned in the 1950s, it was brought back to life in 1974 by the current owners, who carefully and respectfully restored it, adding modern comforts without altering its essence. Both the structure and interiors retain their original charm, enriched by rustic period furnishings that make every stay an authentic experience, suspended between history and elegance.

From the ground floor, a comfortable staircase leads to the heart of the Podere. Also on the ground floor, on the left, there is a convenient guest bathroom, ideal for those using the kitchen or outdoor courtyards without needing to go upstairs.

Before reaching the main entrance, a small outdoor courtyard with a sofa and coffee table welcomes guests, inviting them to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings, making every outdoor moment pleasant and relaxing.

Going up the stairs, you pass through a charming panoramic loggia, offering enchanting views of the countryside.
The main entrance opens onto a bright living area dominated by a large antique fireplace. On the left is Bedroom 1, featuring a French bed, wardrobe, and vintage chest of drawers.

Continuing along the hallway, you reach the other bedrooms:

• Double Bedroom 1 – spacious and bright, with bookshelf, desk, and chair
• Single Bedroom “Playroom” – ideal for children, with a single bed and dedicated toys
• Master Bedroom – double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub also usable as a shower

A baby cot is available on request (extra charge).

All bedrooms enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

On the same floor, three bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, while the master bedroom has its own private bathroom.
